Standalone privacy page

1. Service

MyNoseUp provides a web-based application (PWA) and related features for clinics and similar businesses, including branded subdomains, configuration, and usage-based options. The exact scope is defined in your contract and technical documentation.

2. Acceptance

By using the service you agree to the then-current terms. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice where required by law.

3. Trial

We may offer a 14-day trial. Trial limits, data handling, and conversion to a paid plan are described at signup or in your order form. Features during trial may differ from production.

4. Fees, setup, and renewals

Commercial terms may include a one-time USD 200 system setup fee, with no separate annual platform fee for the first service year beyond that setup, then a base annual professional access fee of USD 150 per year from the second year onward, subject to usage-based increases as agreed (storage, traffic, seats, or other metrics). Taxes and payment fees are additional unless stated otherwise.

5. No refunds

If you purchase paid annual access after the trial, fees you pay are non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Chargebacks or reversed payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Your content and data

You are responsible for content uploaded or created through your tenant. Processing of personal data is subject to your privacy notice and applicable laws (including GDPR / local privacy rules) as reflected in your data-processing agreement where applicable.

7. Availability and liability

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, or reasons beyond our reasonable control. The service is provided "as available" to the extent permitted by law; indirect or consequential damages are disclaimed except where prohibited.
