These steps help you fix most issues on your own. For clinic or technical support, use the contact details shown in the app.

The camera will not start or shows a black screen

Allow camera permission when the browser asks. Close other apps using the camera. Tap Start Camera again. On iPhone, use Safari (not an in-app browser). If it still fails, refresh the page or restart the browser.

Are my photos uploaded to the cloud?

No. Photos and morph edits stay on your device only (browser storage). They are not sent to our servers unless you choose to share them yourself via WhatsApp, email, or another app.

“Storage is full” when saving a photo

Your browser storage limit was reached. Open Gallery, delete photos you no longer need, then try again. Removing old morph copies also frees space.

How do I share photos?

Open Gallery, tap the checkbox on each photo (or Select All), then tap Share. Save to your gallery first when prompted, then use WhatsApp or the system share sheet. Sharing works best when you are online.

Share or WhatsApp does not open

Make sure you selected at least one photo. Complete the save step first. If a popup was blocked, allow popups for this site. Try again in Safari or Chrome instead of an in-app browser (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

How does Morph editing work?

In Gallery, tap Morph on a photo. Drag on the image to reshape areas with the brush. Use the tool rail on the right to change brush size, undo, or toggle the alignment guide. Tap Save to keep a new copy; the original photo stays in Gallery.

The page moved while I used the zoom slider

Use the horizontal zoom slider above the capture button and drag the thumb like the opacity slider. If it still misbehaves, refresh the app to load the latest version.

How do I install the app on my phone?

On the Home tab, use Add to Home Screen / Install when your browser offers it. On iPhone: Share → Add to Home Screen in Safari. On Android: browser menu → Install app or Add to Home screen.

Offline mode message at the top

You have no internet connection. You can still view photos already saved on this device. Camera, sharing, and clinic info updates need a connection.

The app asks me to update — should I?

Yes, when you see a new version prompt, tap Update and continue. That loads the latest fixes and avoids cache issues after we deploy improvements.

Notifications — what are they for?

Optional browser notifications from the Home screen. You can allow or dismiss them. They are not required to use the camera or gallery.
